2. Conclusion of Contract

Your order represents a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, TWINT, PayPal, as well as other methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. For delivery times and costs, please refer to our shipping page.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply.

7. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Neuenhof, AG, Switzerland.
