Your satisfaction is VANORIX's top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it easily.

Return period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items. The goods must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Send us an email to info@vanorix.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you a free return label within 1–2 working days.
3. Pack the item securely and stick the label on the package.
4. Hand in the package at a post office.
5. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Hygiene articles (opened)
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Digital products after download
