Order
How do I place an order?
Select your products, add them to your cart, and follow the steps in the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change my order after purchase?
Orders can only be changed before shipping. Contact us immediately at info@vanorix.ch.
How do I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track the package.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Express shipping: 1–2 business days.
From what amount is shipping free?
From an order value of CHF 100.00, we deliver free of charge.
Do you ship abroad?
Currently, we deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For further inquiries: info@vanorix.ch.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PayPal, Klarna (installment payment & invoice) as well as other methods in the checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via encrypted, secure connections (SSL).
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from receipt of the goods. More information under Returns.
Who bears the return costs?
VANORIX covers the return costs. You will receive a free return label.
Products
Are the products original and tested?
Yes. All products at VANORIX are carefully selected and tested for quality.
What do I do if a product arrives defective?
Contact us within 48 hours at info@vanorix.ch with a photo of the defective item. We will solve the problem immediately.
